WINEMAKER’S NOTES
We have made this wine in the classic style of Margaret River, using a portion of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon to give a lift and refreshing verve to the wine.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale yellow straw with hints of green
Aroma: Ripe and fragrant with honeysuckle, kiwifruit and ripe tropical notes.
Palate: The palate is clean and zingy with some easy fruit sweetness balanced by a long, crisp finish.
Food matching: Prawn, avocado and citrus salad.

Quaff 2009 Best wines in Australia under $15 November 2008 Bloody Good. A well priced Margaret River white that has been fleshed out in the mid-palate by some fruity sweetness. It is bound to have appeal because of its grassy, tropical flavours and zesty finish.
Winestate Magazine Best of the West May 2008 3 Stars. Lovely nose smells like fresh cut herbs. Nice texture and balance on the palate, with fresh stonefruit flavours.
