Colour: Very pale salmon red with a hit of rose.

Aroma: Fleshy fruits with a hint of strawberry and melon and some fruit spice.

Palate: Soft initial flavours of wild fruits and citrus leads to a palate that is fresh with a soft and fine bead leaving a lively and well balanced acidity and persistent refreshing finish.

Food matching: Prosciutto wrapped watermelon with brie, while relaxing on your own island (a recent purchase that you are trying to pay off).
