WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Careful selection of fruit parcels from vineyards with favourable characteristics for Shiraz vines ensured flavours and tannins were fully developed prior to harvesting. The resultant wine is serious and well made. It is stylish and expressive of both the variety and the region.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Deep plum red
Aroma: Fragrant and attractive nose of mixed dark berries with plums and toasty, dusty oak.
Palate: Elegant yet rich, textured and full bodied. There is a distinct spicy, cinnamon character and the finish long and dry.
Food matching: BBQ WAGYU Beef.
Cellaring: Enjoy now or cellar for 3 to 5 years for a full expression of the wine.
