TASTING NOTES

Colour: Pale straw, yellow.

Aroma: Complex nutty, toast- like and fresh bread aromas with a background of Pinot Noir perfume. Complex and intriguing.

Palate: Full flavoured initially with a fine mouse and soft bead. A long and persistent finish. Fine and complex.

Food matching: Chocolate coated strawberries.

Fine golden colour and a pretty citrus and pear bouquet - more fruity than yeasty. Long, crisp palate with plenty of delicate fruit flvours. A good wine.
