The Swings story

“Swings & Roundabouts” captures the balance of life, the highs and lows, joys and challenges, that all even out in the end. A phrase that reflects the delicate balance of winemaking. Every decision in the vineyard and winery is part art, part science, a careful dance where what we lose in the swings, we pick up in the roundabouts.

Our journey began as a passion project between friends dedicated to crafting wines that celebrate both season and place. Today, Swings & Roundabouts is a local favourite for wine lovers, travellers, families, and friends, offering a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere where you can truly unwind and drink up down south.

Clever with our flavours, careful with our process

Our wines are crafted sustainably, reflecting our commitment to the environment, community, and the South West’s remarkable soils. The Margaret River region aims to be the first in the world with fully accredited sustainable vineyards, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.

We combine Mediterranean-style fruit from northern Margaret River with wet, cool winters and ancient soils, producing wines that are elegant, robust, and perfect for sharing.
